Yoruba Nation protesters have braved heavily military presence at the Gani Fawehinmi Park in Ojota, Lagos.
They assembled at the venue in their numbers, with the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Police Command, CP Hakeem Odumosu was addressing journalists.
The protesters lamented the rising insecurity in the South West and decried the attack on Sunday Igboho’s residence.
While raising flags, sharing fliers on the Yoruba Nation, they also chanted “Yoruba Nation Now, No going back”, “Igboho Oosa”, “No retreat, No surrender”
Odumosu while addressing Journalists, stated that protesters have the right to protest.
However, he noted it is not the right time to protest due to the destruction that followed the last #EndSARS protests.
Popular celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani has come under heavy criticisms following Laycon's outfit on the Big Brother Naija finale.
Many fans of the reality TV star expressed displeasure over the outfit on Friday night and slammed the stylist Toyin Lawani.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time many Nigerians and his fans have faulted Laycon's outfit.

Fans of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show have reacted to the responses of the male housemate on who they thought was going to win the show.
This comes after the show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, during the reunion finale, questioned the male housemates on who they had thought would win the show.
Responding, many of them mentioned Ozo, Prince and billionaire son Kiddwaya as nobody had a glimpse of Laycon emerging as the winner.
On why they chose those housemates, some said because of their charisma. This generated reactions from fans, pointing out how the housemates underestimated Laycon.

As the Big Brother Naija Reunion show came to an end on Friday night, former housemate Nengi Rebecca Hampson and her colleague Erica Nlewedim have started following each other on photo and video sharing app Instagram.
Although the two reality TV stars never had issues in the Big Brother House or outside the house, many of their fans have been at loggerheads.
It seemed the duo has finally realized the show was just a game and have made peace with each and following each other on Instagram.
This was greeted with mixed feeling from many of their fans as they least expected the recent development hence some social media users claims their fans are now in the mud.
