Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has opened up why he would not want to own over 50 houses as he prays to God to help him keep to his promise.
The actor, who has indicated interest to contest for the office of the presidency in a post shared on his Instagram page, questioned the essence of owning many houses bearing in mind that an individual will die someday and leave everything behind.
Yule Edochie said his utmost desire is to build hundreds of houses and give out to many Nigerians for free.
According to the actor, he wants to ensure that no Nigerian is ever homeless.
He wrote: I don’t want to own 50 houses for myself. I’ll die someday and leave all of them behind. So what’s the point?
I want to build hundreds of houses and more and give out to Nigerians for free. I want to ensure that no Nigerian is ever homeless. So help me God.
KemiFilani News recalls that Yul Edochie recently took to his Instagram to warn Christians to save themselves from the hands of Churches.
This comes after reports that Bishop Oyedepo sacked the 40 pastors over their inability to meet targets for tithes and offerings.
Reacting to this, Yul said that these pastors are not hiding the fact that running a church is now a business.
He, however, urged his followers to save themselves because nobody will do that for them.
