The Nollywood industry has been thrown into a state of mourning following the death of prominent Nollywood actor, John Lee.
According to reports, the comic actor passed away passed on Thursday, the 8th of July.
Taking to Instagram to share the sad news, actor, Emeka Okoye said that John Lee died a few weeks after recovering from a stroke.
Speaking further, Emeka disclosed that celebrities go through a lot but fans believe they are immune to life’s challenges.

“NOLLYWOOD MOURNS… Before my birthday, I got the news of your demise JOHN LEE. But I couldn’t come to terms that you died without fulfilling your dreams base on our last discussions about our career. It actually pains me that sometimes We go through a lot as actors but when fans see us they feel all is well with the actor not knowing what the person might be going through.
John Lee, you are full of life and always hilarious to work with. Though time and grace are by Gods grace. It is sad you left without fulfilling a lot of dreams, and it is very painful to say goodbye at this moment, Farewell JOHN LEE REST IN THE BLOSSOM OF YOUR CREATOR. Rip john. Great actor.”

The captain of the Super Eagles, Ahmed Musa, got married over the weekend for the third time.
According to the Nation, Musa got married in a secret ceremony last Saturday.
The 28-year-old's marriage with his first wife, Jamila, ended in 2017.
He took another wife, Juliet, in 2017 with whom he has been living.
Musa's marriage to Mariam officially makes her his second wife.
The winger recently returned to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), where he plays for Kano Pillars.
Musa signed a short-term loan with his first ever club.
Nollywood actress Adebimpe Oyebade has slammed a troll who mocked her for having a poor sense of dressing.
This comes after Bimpe took to her Instagram page to appreciate her fans for their love and support following the massive view her new movie 'All My Life' have gained on Youtube.
Reacting to the post, a troll identified as Bimbola Akinsayan advised Bimpe to work on her dress sense and wear good wigs.
Displeased with the statement, Adebimpe Oyebade slammed the troll, saying she's crazy.
The troll further made a mockery of the actress, saying her movie is interesting, but her dress sense is worst.
