‘Get the sax and make more music’ Wizkid finally responds to Seun Kuti for rubbishing his Grammy recognition

Nigerian singer Wizkid has finally responded to Seun Kuti, the son of Nigerian afrobeat legend, for consistently rubbishing his Grammy recognition.

Kemifilani News earlier reported that Wizkid, despite receiving his Grammy Plaque on Wednesday, Seun Kuti insists that there are only four musicians in Nigerian whose music has been nominated for Grammy and Wizkid is excluded.

While tackling fans of the singer to stop the hype, Seun Kuti said Album is not the same as music; however, Wizkid will someday make a piece of music that Grammy will recognize.

Reacting, Wizkid, in a post shared on the microblogging platform, Twitter seemed sarcastic in his response as he urged Seun Kuti not to mind the words of his fans but focus on his sax and make good music.

According to Wizkid, the public enjoyed his last album, and they are still dancing to it.

He wrote: No mind them jare. Get the sax and make some music, brother… We all enjoyed your last album we still dey dance like this.
