Alaafin of Oyo’s wife, queen Damilola reacts as the monarch raises fresh allegations against her

Alaafin of Oyo

The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, has requested the return of his wife, Queen Damilola, who left the palace a few months ago.

Kemifilani News recalled that Damilola was locked up after allegedly going against a palace rule, an act that prompted her to flee the palace for Lagos.

Days after her exit from the place Damilola become homeless until some concerned Nigerians decided to contribute money towards helping her get a decent accommodation and start-up life again.

However, a man in a video shared by Instagram blogger Gistlovers alleged that the monarch frequently sends feeding allowances to queen Dami after her exit from the palace.

The man also alleged that the Alaafin also rented an apartment for Dami’s mother. In contrast, the queen’s ex-wife has refuted the claims saying she paid for her mother’s rent and son’s school fees from the money contributed to her by well-meaning Nigerians.

In a chat with Dami, the blogger questioned her if she would retune to the palace following the claims of the monarch. She responded, saying she would not be returning to bondage as the monarch is only trying to manipulate her.

the blogger wrote: Una Remember this Queen now?E be like say them wan return am to palace o. E no hard at all o,we no say make she no return to Baba, but My GLB Nation wey don do gofund me nko,🤣🤣because in the voice note now the family of this queen made it known to us that Alaafin is sending them feeding allowance, etc,he also made us to understand alaafin is the one who paid Queen Dami’s mother house rent whereas Queen Dami said the rent was paid from part of the gofund me money, who do we believe bayi?🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️Such a glutton Family, may poverty not come near our household o,chai,Moshood Family Atenu no go kill Una o,I come in peace.
