Southern Nigeria should produce Nigeria’s next president in 2023 – Northern governor says

Aminu Masari, Katsina State Governor, has lent his voice to the southerners to produce the next president in 2023.

Masari declares that it would not be fair for Southern Nigeria not to produce Nigeria’s next president in 2023.

He made this statement during a recent interview with newsmen.

The Kaduna governor added that the All Progressive Congress, APC has a bright future because the party has impacted Nigeria more than any other political party in Nigeria.

Masari said, “Of course, by all means, let everybody come with a balance sheet of what they got yesterday and what we get today and compare notes.

“With regards to zoning, the fair is fair. If you ask me, I would, as a person, Aminu, I think we should move the presidency to the southern part of the country.

“No government, no political party since the independence in Nigeria has brought about social interventions like the APC government. Billions of naira have been paid to ordinary people.”
