Rabiu Kwankwaso, former Kano State Governor, has called on River State Governor Nyesom Wike to be prepared for national assignment.
Kwankwaso made this announcement when he was commissioning the Rumogba Flyover in the Obio-Akpo Local Government of the state.
The former minister of defense applauds Governor Wike for working round the clock to make River State a better place for its inhabitant as he continues to build more infrastructure.
“You have been working round the clock to make Rivers State a better place for everybody. We have seen your projects, and of course, we have reasons to come to Rivers State and to go round and witness the developments that are taking place here.
“I have seen the positive change you have brought to the state since you got to the office in 2015.
“Being a Governor is a huge responsibility, and you have spent six years with two years left to occupy the Government House here in Rivers State before you move forward for the national assignment,” he said.
