DMW huncho, Davido, and his protégé, Mayorkun, have joined forces to deliver The Best video.
This is certainly one of the most anticipated visuals from his most recent album, A Better Time.
Shortly after the release of the album, ‘The Best’ made its way to various chart platforms and stayed on the number one spot for weeks.
Early indicators show the visuals will also receive commercial success.
Like the comic book duo, Batman and Robin, the collaboration of Davido and Mayorkun has always resulted in a hit song and this is no different.
The video for The Best has a Japanese Samurai theme with a cameo appearance for ace singer, Wande Coal, as his name was mentioned in the song several times.
Directed by Dammy Twitch, the visual of the song sees Mayorkun reading a scroll while on a quest.
