Barcelona legend, Andres Iniesta, has said his former midfield partner Xavi Hernandez, will return to the Nou Camp as manager.
Xavi is currently in charge of Qatari side Al Sadd and has guided them to the top of the league; seven points clear of the team in second place.
Iniesta made 674 appearances during his time at Barcelona and now plays for Japanese club Vissel Kobe.
While speaking to the Dafia programme on the AlKass sport channel, he gave his view on Xavi returning to their former club.
Iniesta said: “This depends on Xavi and Barcelona, one day Xavi and Barcelona will meet, I don’t know when, but I have faith that this will happen.
“Xavi has the potential required to do it with Barca. I hope that everything improves and that the stability of the club recovers with the next elections because things are not going well at the moment.”
