The youths in Sokoto, Kebbi, Katsina and Zamfara have rallied against the ongoing nationwide campaign against police brutality and extortion.
The youths held up various placards with opposing inscriptions as;
”Bringing SARS to an Ends means
Are you ready for all of these”
Another placard read;
”Police are always there to keep our society safe”
According to the youths, they want the Special Anti-Robbery Squad reformed and not disband.
However, Youths from southern part have continued protests against the gross human rights abuse, including extrajudicial killings, intimidation and harassment of citizens, by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad.

A Nigerian business owner has granted his employees one week off to join the protest against police brutality and extortion with over 50% bonus on salary.
According to Godwin who took to the microblogging platform to share a memo from his CEO encouraging staffs to participate in the ongoing nationwide protest.
Taking to Twitter, Godwin wrote;
Memo from my CEO ''any staff interested in joining the protest is granted a week off duties but must present proof of participation on return, more so there'll be a 50percent bonus in the salary of said staff more 600 years for my father abeg.

Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido who has joined the End SARs protest has announced that he will be storming the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu's office today.
Davido who made the rounds online after flying down to Abuja to join the Nigerian youth to protest against SARs took to micro blogging platform, twitter, yesterday to make the announcement.
“I am meeting with the Inspector General of Police tomorrow at 10 am …. all my colleagues if you can get to Abuja tomorrow before 10 am and follow me to the meeting! It would mean a lot,”
