Edo State Governor, Mr Godwin Obaseki has now eased off the curfew imposed on the state.
Obaseki made the announcement a while ago during a briefing with Benin Youths.
According to Obaseki, the curfew will now be relaxed from 4pm to 6am daily for the next 72 hours for reevaluation and further actions.
The Governor said the move is to contain the activities of hoodlums who have hijacked the peaceful protests in a bid to end police brutality.
Kemi Filani News recalls that the Edo State government was previously forced to impose a compulsory 24 hours curfew in the state following the violent attack of hoodlums in the state.
