Today, Christians while observing the precautionary safety set by the presidential task force to curtain the spread of the deadly coronavirus, meticulously donned their face masks.

This they did while observing physical distancing as Lagos reopened Churches in the state for worship after six months of closure due to the pandemic.

In the directive given by the Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu earlier this month where he announced that churches can now reopen from August 9, for worship. He also stressed that churches must observe all COVID-19 protocols such as social distancing and others.Christians in the state came out in their numbers, wearing their facemasks as they observed social distancing while they worshiped God in their various churches.
