Manchester United has revealed that its captain, Harry Maguire, is cooperating with Greek authorities after he was arrested.
The England International was arrested on the Island of Mykonos over an alleged incident.
Details f the incident involving the 27-year old who is on holiday in Greece is yet to be revealed.
Maguire joined United from Leicester in August 2019 for £80m – a world record fee for a defender.
“The club is aware of an alleged incident involving Harry Maguire in Mykonos last night,” United said in a statement on Friday.
“Contact has been made with Harry, and he is fully co-operating with the Greek authorities. At this time we will be making no further comment.”
