Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has explained why his side lost 2-1 to Arsenal in the English Premier League.
Sadio Mane opened scoring in the 20th minute before Arsenal equalized 12 minutes later through Alexandre Lacazette.
Before the end of the first half, Arsenal took the lead after Lacazette set up Reiss Nelson.
The game would have brightened Liverpool’s chances of ending the season with a record 100 points.
The loss at the Emirates Stadium was described as disappointing to Klopp whose side already have the EPL title.
“We made some human errors, which is not nice but not completely surprising that it can happen whenever. Tonight it happened. Usually we learn from situations like this, we will do that now again. The boys don’t want to hide or say, ‘It’s not my fault’”, Klopp said.
