Update: One rescued at collapsed Lagos building

One victim has been rescued from the three-storey building that collapsed along Cemetery Street in the Ebute Metta area of Lagos State.

According to reports, that emergency res ponders, who stormed the scene of the incident, rescued a yet-to-be-known victim trapped inside the rubble of building.

The Managing-Director of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, says, there was no loss of life, adding that the cause of the building collapse had not been discovered.

He said, “Upon arrival at the scene of the incident, it was discovered that a three-storey building collapsed and the cause cannot be ascertained.
