Some Ijebu hunters have flaunted the bush meat which they said they were able to kill in the forest because of coronavirus.
The hunter who spoke in Ijebu language stated that they decided to return to hunting after coronavirus lockdown prevented them from engaging in what normally fetches them their daily bread.

While the lockdown is biting hard in Nigeria, Ghanaians took to the streets after President Nana Akudo Addo announced that the 21 days lockdown order has been lifted.
The president, however, revealed that restrictions still remains on gatherings in religious centers, sports centers and others.
“Lifting these restrictions doesn’t mean we are letting our guard down,” said Akufo-Addo.
“We’ll tailor our solution to our unique social economic and cultural condition. There’s no one-size fits all approach.”
