Court gives judgment on Naira Marley| See all he is asked to do

Following the arrest and prosecution of Naira Marley for attending Funke Akindele’s party, the court has decided to pass their judgment after he spent 2 days in the cell. According to one of the defence counsel, Mr Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa (SAN), the government withdrew the four counts filed against the three defendants.

However, Naira Marley who was represented by the daughter of K1 de Ultimate, Barrister Damilola Ayinde Marshal, was given 3 conditions to fulfill as his punishment.

The state government decided to withdraw the case asked him to do the following;

1. letter of apology to Lagos state government.

2. an undertaking never to commit such offense .

3. 14 days self isolation

Recall that Naira Marley turned himself in when his arrest was demanded by the police for attending a house party Funke Akindele and her husband organised.

  1. I do not see the fault of the attendees to the house party but the fault was hijacked by ambassador to NCDC (Akindele) that was paid to enlightened Nigerians on what not to do. Unknown to NCDC that she got another contract from cocnavirus for the spread. Akindele, the “double Agent”.
