President Muhammadu Buhari will be addressing Nigerians in by 8 pm today as disclosed by the Presidency.
Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on New Media, who revealed the information, however, failed to give details of the what the president will be addressing to Nigerians..
He said: ”President Muhammadu Buhari will address the nation Monday, April 27, 2020 at 8pm”.
”Television, radio and other electronic media stations are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast.”
Buhari has issued two nationwide broadcasts to Nigerians since the coronavirus pandemic was confirmed in the country two months ago. The first broadcast saw the president declared a two weeks lockdown period which he extended at the end of the period.
