RCCG distributes rice, noodles and oil to help people survive as Nigeria approaches coronavirus lockdown

The Oasis parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, has distributed some food items to members to enable them to survive as Nigeria approaches a total lockdown over coronavirus.

The picture below shared by gospel musician Nathaniel Bassey shows rows cartons of noodles, bags of rice and bottles of oils which were distributed.

Nathaniel Bassey also revealed that money was also given to the beneficiaries of the items.

He wrote: “Would hardly share these types of pictures. As we do these in the secret (just like many other ministries do), and with pure intentions without seeking applause and attention. But I’m doing this to encourage other churches and ministries to please remember those members and folks around us who may not afford food and essential things, especially as we approach total lockdown. This was done by RCCG THE OASIS. This was given along with a token cash gift to each one in need, To the glory of God and the good of humanity. May not be much, as there’s only so much we can do.
Let’s have a “challenge on generosity or showing kindness” this season”.

Pastor E.A Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, recently revealed when coronavirus will end.
