Scot McTominay has welcomed Nigerian striker, Odion Ighalo, and Bruno Fernandes to Manchester United.
Ighalo joined the squad on loan from Shanghai Shenhua and will remain at Old Trafford till the end of the season, while Bruno Fernandes joined from Sporting CP.
Speaking on their arrival, McTominay reveals how much they are needed.
“First and foremost, Ighalo and Fernandes are really nice people,” McTominay told Sky Sports.
“Man United need them right now at Old Trafford. We want people that we can have dinner with and are good friends.
“Optimistically on the field Ighalo and Fernandes can bring a lot for the team because their first impression was excellent.”
On his recovery from injury, McTominay added: “I’m feeling alright and doing my best to return to action on the field quickly.
“I am doing gym work and hopefully I will be back soon.”
