Atiku Abubakar Gets Surprise Birthday Cake From grandchildren (Photos)

Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar has been left in awe following a birthday present he received from his grand children, yesterday

The septuagenarian who clocked 73 on November 25, 2019 has now received a birthday cake from his grand children after two weeks

Stunned at the surprise, Atiku took to his Instagram page to share photos from the visit, as well as the gift they came baring.

He wrote; How sweet of my grandchildren to bring me a belated birthday cake. #smiles

It may be recalled that on his birthday, his running mate in the 2019 presidential election, Peter Obi took to social media to congratulate him.

”You remain a beacon for selflessness and service. As you grow in age, so shall your strength. With best wishes.”

Atiku Abubakar GCON (born 25 November 1946) is a Nigerian politician, businessman, philanthropist and presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party at the 2019 Nigerian general election. He served as the 11th vice-president of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007 under the presidency of Olusegun Obasanjo.

In 1998 he was elected Governor of Adamawa State. While still Governor-Elect, he was selected by then-presidential candidate Olusegun Obasanjo as his running mate. The duo went on to win elections in February 1999, and Abubakar was sworn-in as Nigeria’s second democratically elected vice president on 29 May 1999. – Wikipedia
