The Federal High Court in Lagos has adjourned the EFCC case against singer Naira Marley to December 11 and 12 after a heated argument erupted over seat space.
The judge was forced to adjourn the case after the counsel to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Rotimi Oyedepo, Naira Marley’s counsel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN, and two other senior lawyers, quarrel due to unavailability of seats in the court.
The presiding judge, Justice Nicholas Oweibo appealed to the lawyers over the inadequate space in the courtroom in the Federal High Court Lagos which is very small.
