Veteran journalist, Azuka Jebose, has revealed that doctors once gave reggae musician, Majek Fashek, five years to live because of damages caused by alcohol abuse.

Jebose recalled how he and Charles Novia alerted the public to the singer’s schizophrenia but “his manager went to the media to deny and accused us of using Majek to make money.”
Majek, born Majekodunmi Fasheke, has a history of alcohol addiction.
He has been in and out of rehabs, with flashes of recovery usually followed by a relapse.
