Punch Columnist speaks on being arrested at COZA

Aladunni Adelakun, the Punch Columnist who was reported to have been arrested when she visited the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, has debunked the report.

The report stated that Adelakun was arrested when she visited COZA to get details of the rape allegation leveled against the church’s pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.

Reacting to the report, the Punch Columnist took to Twitter to debunk the misinformation. According to her, the image sent out by her which misled the public, was sent out because she was worried after some security operatives at the church pulled her aside.

She tweeted:

“I’m aware of the info about my arrest at COZA today. I wasn’t arrested. Earlier, I sent out an image because I was concerned when pulled aside by the protocol dept for questioning. Thanks to everyone who has been concerned about me. I am sorry for all the misinformation out there.”
