An Air Peace airplane has crash-landed at the local wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
The Boeing 737 aircraft from Port Harcourt lost one of its tyres while landing on Tuesday.
The Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) said on Twitter that there was no casualty from the incident. It also said it had commenced investigation into the incident.
Spokesperson for the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Hetty Yakubu, said the matter had been brought under control.
passenger airplane operated by Air Peace had in June overshot the runway of the Port Harcourt International Airport in Rivers State.
The plane overshot the runway after experiencing difficulty in halting properly due to heavy rainfall.
There was also no casualty from the incident.
