Davido’s is raising his voice in the face of the wide spread panic over the postponement of the presidential elections.
The singer is assured that everything would be alright, urging Nigerians to remain calm.
He said this in a Tweet he shared on Saturday, February 16, 2019.
Davido’s optimism, as his tweet suggests, stems from the fact that the 2015 presidential elections was also postponed at the time, with the then President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, blaming the postponement on security issues.
The singer tweeted, ““There’s nothing wrong in wanting to be President for one more week.”
