Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich is said to be highly interested in signing Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi.
The Argentine international is in the middle of a contract stalemate with the serie A side and Chelsea are willing to bring him to Stamford Bridge this January.
The Mirror UK reports that Abramovich is taking a vested interest in a possible £100million move for the 25-year-old who a tip target for manager Maurizio Sarri.
Icardi is expected to fill in for Olivier Giroud who is currently injured, and to also support Alvaro Morata who isn’t in form.
