Nancy Isime has said that Nollywood has been good to her since she joined the industry.
Considering the fact that most actors have had complaints about the Nigerian Movie industry, especially when it comes to making good money, the actress’ statement is a breath of fresh air.
Nancy said this during an interview with Pulse Movies, stating that she is enjoying every minute of working as an actress and tv host.
“Nollywood has been amazing to me, I couldn’t be more thankful. For now, I can’t really say if I will be doing something totally different or outside entertainment but I enjoy being an actor and TV host at the moment, I can’t say what tomorrow holds but I think acting is definitely one of my forte,” Isime said.
While speaking of her role in a new Norwegian movie set to be released soon, the “Levi” actress states that working with an international cast and crew was a total thrill.
“So, it was exhilarating to see how other people do their stuff, you know learn the culture while bringing a little bit of Nigerian into it. The market for the production is in Europe but it was nice.
“The producers reached out to me to feature in the film and that was just it. It was a beautiful experience as the only Nigerian, apart from one of the crew, I was the only Nigerian cast,” she revealed.
She also noted that she would like to try a role in an action movie, during which she could try out some stunts.
You might recall that this year has already started out awesomely well for Nancy as she was on the set of ‘The Millions’ with Ramsey Nouah, Toyin Abraham and Ali Nuhu.
