The federal high court in Abuja has ordered the interim forfeiture of 46 properties belonging to Ngozi Olojeme, a former director of the campaign of ex-President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.
The assets comprises of residential buildings, a hotel building, a bank building and lands among others.
Olojeme, who also served as chairman of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), has been accused of abuse of office, diversion of public funds and money laundering.
The court ordered the forfeiture after EFCC filed an ex parte motion. Before the court granted the forfeiture order, EFCC had received a petition accusing her of mismanaging billions of naira shortly after she was removed from office.

Some of the assets temporarily seized are one duplex and four house residential building with swimming pool, gatehouse, fully furnished with state of the art facilities, located at No. 25 Kainji Crescent, off Maitama, Abuja.
