Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Leicester City are dangerous even without Jamie Vardy, who is serving the last of his three match ban after his dismissal against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the EPL.
Leicester City and Liverpool will slug it out for maximum points on Saturday and Klopp is wary of the Foxes’ threat
Klopp said during his pre-match press conference ahead of the early kick off match on Saturday.
“You can see Claude (Puel’s) work is now paying off at Leicester. They have changed the style a bit.
It is good football they are playing and are full of confidence especially after the last result (v Southampton),”
“Jamie causes each team’s problem with his style of play.
That makes him different to nearly all other strikers in EPL. Him not playing will change Leicester style of play slightly but they have good strikers.”
“I am fine with what I’ve seen so far but Leicester will be different.
The midfield is really strong. Looks good, defensively line played together for a while. Chilwell massive player for them. Great future, looks big talent, is a good player.”
