Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has reportedly been announced as the newly appointed board member of Twitter.
Twitter appointed the former Nigerian finance minister Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as well as former World Bank chief, Robert Zoellick as directors
Her appointment was announced on Twitter by the Co-founder and CEO of twitter, Jack Dorsey, earlier today
While airing his comment on the reshufling of its board of directors, the Executive Chairman of Twitter, Omid Kordestani said;
“Ngozi and Bob are distinguished leaders with unparalleled global perspective and policy expertise,”
Okonjo Iweala has since reacted to the announcement, thanking Jack Dorsey for the appointment
