Former Plantashun Boiz members, Blackface and 2face are about to finally settle the disagreement between them over who wrote the hit song African Queen. The song which was released in 2004 helped showcase 2face before an international audience and helped him emerge the first Afircan to win an MTV Europe Music Award.
However, since its release, his former band member, Blackface, hasn’t stop claiming to be the writer of the song. Blackface has also laid claim to another song by 2face titled Let Somebody Love You. This has led to him being dragged to court by 2face and his management who are suing him for N50 Million.

Nigerian rapper and former Plantashun boiz member, Blackface has alleged that music legend, Tuface Idibia is suing him for the sum of N50m
According to Blackface who took to his IG page to make the sudden announcement, the ace singer and his manager, Efe Omorogbe are suing him for N50m in respect of their claim that he didn’t write two of the singer’s hit songs, titled Let Somebody Love you and African Queen
In his post, the former friend of the singer noted that it is just about time his legal team filed for his defence. Sharing a photo of the law suit, he seized the medium to announce that he would b releasing his album, "rising sun" after the escalated matter is resolved
