It may be recalled that Femi Gbajabiamila released an official statement, yesterday, declaring that he saved up for quite a number of years to buy the luxury ride for his wife
The report of the donation has since been received with mixed feelings as some folks have taken to social media to air their opinion on the seemingly sudden donation
The lawmaker at the National Assembly donated 30 brand new Buses,160 Motorcycles, 25 Tricycles (Keke Marwa) to residents of his constituency, Surulere 1 which is tagged as part of a project; A Multi-Layer Transportation Initiative to Empower and Ease Movement of Residents of Surulere 1 Federal Constituency, Lagos”.
The event which was graced by other lawmakers and other officials, took place today at the Teslim Balogun Stadium at Surulere, Lagos.

Reports have it that talented veteran Yoruba Actress, Motunrayo Adeoye has passed away in Ibadan, Oyo State. She died today June 1st after a long battle with chronic ulcer.
She will be buried today at her residence located at Akobo Ojurin, Ibadan Oyo State today according to Islamic rite.

In a statement released, he spoke of his ambition to contest in the 2019 elections to stand the chance of representing an Oyo state federal constituency. His declaration is coming just few hours after President Buhari signed the Not Too Young To Run bill which allows youths as young as 30 years old to run for any political office.

The Nigeria Police have invited, for medical screening, candidates who passed the nationwide recruitment examination conducted on Friday by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
According to the list published on the Nigeria police website, https://psc.org.ng/candidateslist/, the candidates were directed to go for the screening at the zonal police headquarters in their state of origin between May 31 and June 3.
Out of the 37,000 candidates that wrote the examination, only 5, 107 candidates were shortlisted for the medical screening.
Out of the 5,253 candidates, Kano State had the highest number of 308 candidates who made the recruitment process to the screening stage while Katsina followed suit with 238 candidates.
Oyo came third with 225 candidates, Akwa Ibom came fourth with 194 candidates while 189 candidates were selected from Borno State. Jigawa state also had 189 candidates.
