11-year-old girl dumped by mother because she is blind and crippled (Photos)

Miss Mmeyene-Abasi is a physically challenged young girl. She is not only blind but also crippled in Akwa Ibom. A Facebook user Benjamin Omini Itu has taken to social media to stand by the girl and also call Nigerians to join him take care of this little girl.

According to him, it takes Mmeyene-Abasi hours to do what a 2-year-old child can do in minutes.

While sharing photos of the 11-year-old girl, Benjamin Omini, wrote…

“When I got the call today about Miss MmeyeneAbasi Meaning (meaning I HAVE GOD), I knew I had to wrap up my business for the day and answer the CALL OF DESTINY.

“MmeyeneAbasi is 11yrs old abandoned girl child whose mother felt she was not worth love, care and a proper home.

“When I met her I had to fight off her only companions ;FLIES who feed off her hungry body because they find on her dirt and feaces since she SHITS ON HERSELF without the help of a wipe or wiper.

“She was dumped on her partially blind grandmother when the compound had gone on a Sunday.

“It takes her hours to do what it takes a 2yrs old child minutes to do.

“While trying to.bath her today I felt she needed FUMIGATION.

“She is covered in dirt and is gravely sick as you can see from her body.Am taking the next 3 days off work until I find her help not just Medicaid but also hygiene.

“Share until we have reached the people whose heart God will touch to HOLD MY HAND and help this innocent child.It was not her fault to be conceived.It was not her fault to survive evacuation.It was not her fault to be born.It should not be her fault to be loved and cared for.”

This female bank staff has been arrested for money laundering (Photo)

An Ugandan lady who was working as a teller at Stanbic Bank, Choma, has been sentenced to four years’ imprisonment for allegedly stealing the sum of K33, 928.20 belonging to a customer.

According to online report, Ms. Sandra Thindwa was found guilty at the Choma Magistrates Court in Choma, Zambia by Principle Resident Magistrate Exnobert Zulu, on a two-count charge of theft by servant, and money laundering.

Byta FM in Choma reports that on dates unknown but between 31st December, 2015 and 29th January, 2016, Sandra Nthindwa of Choma in count one jointly and whilst acting together with persons unknown stole Thirty three thousand Nine Hundred and twenty eight Kwacha Twenty ngwee (K33, 928.20).

The money came into her possession by virtue of being employed by Stanbic Bank, Choma Branch.

In Count two, she was accused of Money laundering of the same amount by means of false accounting transactions.

Nigerian man dies two days after his one year wedding anniversary (Photos)

A Nigerian man identified as Gerald Dzer from Benue State has reportedly passed away on May 1, 2018 just two days after his first wedding anniversary.

Late Gerald and his wife Rita were said to have married on April 29th, 2017 in Makurdi, Benue State capital. They welcomed a baby boy months later.

According to his friend and brother-in-law, Ben Dzwa, he had been battling with undisclosed illness.
