An Archbishop was nearly beaten during a burial that almost turned into a political rally in Imo state, Archbishop Obinna had taken the microphone to address the crowd when the incident happened. While speaking on how citizens of the state should vote, he reminded them of the bad state of roads in the state.

However, his words didn’t sit well with Jeff Nwoha, a political appointee of the governor of Imo, who took the microphone from the hands of the Archbishop to defend the ruling party in the state, APC. A member of the opposition party, PDP, also stepped on stage to challenge the ruling party. This led to thugs allegedly from Jeff’s camp to rush to the stage forcing the clergy man to retire to his seat. Read story as shared on Facebook below.

Today during the burial of the mother of Alex Mbata at Owerri North, Archbishop Obinna admonished people to vote wisely. He complained about bad roads in the state insisting that despite the ministry of happiness Imolites cannot be happy with bad road. An APC chieftain took microphone from him to defend the government. A PDP follower also came and called for change from APC misrule. Jeff and his thugs rushed to the alter to take the microphone from the Archbishop who withdrew to his seat and priests and Christian fathers struggled to keep them out. Uche Nwosu and Nkechi Okorocha sat there enjoying the spectacle without stopping Jeff as Jeff pointed at Archbishop in the face and rained insults on him as the service went on”.

Man’ house gutted by fire while watching Man City Vs Chelsea match in Uyo (photos)

Sad! Doctor breaks baby’s arm during delivery, pretends like nothing happened

A 21-year-old new mum, Lebogang Setshotloe, has accused a doctor at Moses Kotane Hospital of breaking her baby’s arm during delivery.

The South African mum said she wasn’t allowed to see her baby girl until a day after delivery. She then found out that her daughter’s arm was broken.

Setshotloe narrated to Daily Sun that the hospital had failed her.

“I asked the nurse a day after I had a Cesarean section why my baby’s arm was broken and  I was told the doctor had apologised for the mistake.
“This was a lie, as the doctor never even bothered to examine me after the delivery.

“Why was I not informed about what had happened as the mum of the child? This makes me really angry,” she said.

“I want the doctor and the hospital to come and explain to me how my baby’s arm was broken. I want to know what happened,”...
