How Nigerians raised final year student’s school fees in few hours on Twitter

Who says Nigerians are not good people? A final year student of University of Uyo,
David Wright, who took to Twitter to disclose that he might suffer a
setback soon for not being able to pay his school fees, has been given a
reason to smile by fellow Twitter users in less than 5 hours.

The school fees of David who disclosed that his dad is late, leaving him with siblings who he caters for, was raised in just 5 hours, after he disclosed his problem. Here are the tweets;


Fan blasts Davido for not helping David Adeleke with school fees as he promised!

After promising to pay his fan and namesake's school fees, Davido has been called out by another fan for not fulfilling his promise!

After the singer offered to help in a Tweet that went viral.  David Adeleke reached
out to his followers, to assist him with the financial requirements for a
media workshop at Yale. However,  David Adeleke who did setup a GoFundMe page to try to reach
his goal of $3,500, was asked by Davido to send a DM so he can help
since they share same name and surname.
Coming after David reached his goal yesterday, a fan has taken to social media to slam Davido for not helping, after he promised to.
