Another Buharian adopts the trekking trend…but with a totally different motive

Hakeem1
You know as they say, when a man starts something good, everyone else
follows suit (which is not a bad thing really) but can these people
stop already?

It’s beginning to look like a child’s play.
It all started when a young man, Suleiman Hashimu, embarked on a foot journey from Lagos to Abuja to celebrate president elect, Buhari’s victory…an act that got many Nigerians praising him.
Thereafter he became a role model, so much so that some Nigerians have started adopting his style.
Days after Hasheem Suleiman, completed his foot journey, a certain Abubakar Duduwale, who is also a supporter of Buhari also began a trek in his honour from Yola to Abuja.

Now, inspired by these two, another person, a 45 year old Adamu
Abdullahi says he will be trekking to Abuja from Maiduguri come tomorrow
April 30th.
He further said that he will be leaving Maiduguri from Jimitilo by
6am so he can meet with Gen Muhammed Buhari to congratulate him on his
victory.
Adamu who is reportedly married with four children however did
something different from the others, he has got a different motive.
He urged all Borno state indigenes to forward their petitions to him so he could in return forward them to Gen. Buhari.

  1. One thing I have come to notice with Nigerians is lack of creativity. Whatever one person does or initiates and receives attention, before you say jack you'd see throngs of people threading same path. Open a spare part store around you and within 2 months you get competitors within any available space. Stow away on an aircraft and see other people attempting it.
