TREM: The Airport cleaner wasn’t paid N12million…here’s what happened!

Josephine Agwu, the Airport cleaner who returned some 12 million naira she found in a toilet at the Airport, has debunked the claims that she received N12million from Bishop Mike Okonkwo of TREM.

The honest Airport cleaner in a chat with Encomium magazine confirmed that she was indeed hosted by the Presiding Bishop and General Overseer of the church, Dr Mike Okonkwo but denied being given N12million. She however refused to disclose how much she was given.

In her words, “I was at TREM for the Easter service but it is not true they gave me N12 million. I got a call from TREM asking me to come for their service. It is a lie that I was given N12m. I did not even see the report” she told Encomium magazine.

She also said that,  “Prayer matters most. That is the most important thing to me. Any other thing might follow. That prayer is the most important”
