Food recipe for the week is Corn bread…
invented corn bread is a total genius i tell you. Yesterday, I was
searching for something new and totally different in taste from the various breads
when I stumbled on this recipe.
It could be quite difficult deciding
what to have for breakfast so this definitely came in handy. Corn bread
is a type of bread made with cornmeal and a mixture of other
ingredients. Unlike the normal bread you’re used to, it’s a little bit
more like crumbly cake. The taste is simply out of this world and the
aroma it leaves the house with is better experienced than explained.
of my new year resolutions is to do more baking tutorials as most of
you have been requesting for so you’d definitely be seeing more of that
this year especially since the first birthday celebration in the fam is
coming up pretty soon. I love parties and i definitely can’t wait :D.
Here’s a quick and easy tutorial on how to make cornbread with or without an oven.
• Prep time: 20 minutes
• Makes : 1 small loaf
• Misc : Serve warm or cold
a Medium sized wok/pan, melt the Butter. Add the eggs, pour in the milk
and whisk together. Add the sugar and mix till it melts completely
Grease the bottom of a medium sized square or round pan with a little
butter. Pour in the cornmeal mixture into the pan and flatten the top.
