FG reduces petrol pump price to N87 per litre

Reacting to the slide in oil prices, Nigeria has reduced the price of petrol at the pump from N97 to N87.

The N10 reduction was announced on Sunday, January
18, by Presidential spokesperson, Rueben Abati, who made the disclosure
via his Twitter handle.

He tweeted: “Petroleum Minister Alison-Madueke announces a N10
reduction in pump price of petrol from N97 per litre to N87 per litre
effective midnight.”


Stella Damasus’ reaction to Muna Obiekwe’s death

Earlier, there were conflicting reports on the death of Muna Obiekwe and actress Stella Damasus was one of those that denied it at first.

But she took back her words and posted this on IG moments ago:

confirmed it from some close friends and relatives that he is really
dead. The message from twitter that he was still alive was from a fake
account. So this is my pain, how do you know what to believe and what
not to believe? Where do we draw the line? Over nine thousand people on
twitter have believed that he is still alive because of the fake twitter
account. REST IN PEACE BRO! I was really hoping that it was a rumor.
God rest your soul. This is too painful. Whoever put that message out
not the fake twitter account...


Muna Obiekwe is truly dead, Colleagues mourn :(

There has been some confusion over the death
of Nollywood actor, Muna Obikwe’s death but it has now been
His colleagues –Mike Ezuruonye, Empress Njama, Nonso Diobi –
have confirmed his death.

The AGN president, Ibinabo has confirmed it too.

The renowned actor passed on today in Festac after a silent battle with Kidney disease.

He was rushed to the hospital after a relapse and didn’t make it.

Unconfirmed reports further reveal that the death is directly linked
to his financial state. Muna, reportedly could not afford his medical
procedures due to his poor finances, and had plans to put together a
stage play for fundraising.

He rejected the opportunity to go public
with his condition, and seek support from concerned people.

How Bad Deal Exposed Nigeria’s Fake Miracle Syndicate

When God revealed it to the presiding pastor (Pastor and church’s
identities withheld) of one of the Pentecostal churches in Ogba area of
Lagos to or­ganize a week long crusade last December, the man of God
must have probably anticipated that God was planning to perform major
