Two teenage boys arrested in Lagos for having sex with each other

Two teenage boys, Gideon Harrison, 19 and Ifeanyi Ezeorji, 14, have been
arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for having sex with each other in
the Ikotun area of Lagos.

They were arrested on October 23 by the Ikotun Police Division after one of the
neighbours, Toheeb Adekunle who caught them in the act, reported them.

Adekunle was said to have told the
police that Harrison had the habit of sleeping with boys in the area.

Police report say Harrison and Ezeorji had sex with each other through the
anus, an act known as sodomy.

The two boys have since been taken to the State Criminal Investigations
Department, Yaba, but the parents of the younger one...

A 300 level chemistry undergraduate at the University of Maiduguri,
Salisu Adamu, claims to have been illegally arrested, detained and
experienced an ‘unbearable situation’ for more than three years in the
hands of Nigeria’s military.

Adamu, a native of Biu local government area of Borno state, said
he was taken from his house by the military who told him ‘not to worry,
that it was just questions and answers’.

After spending over three years in detention, he was freed last week,
among 39 indigenes of Borno State and three foreigners who were handed
over to the Borno State government by the military, after finding out
they had no affiliations with Boko Haram.
